Dimensions are 12 inches ins diameter.  It is made of new American made 16 gauge steel.  It is hand sanded and hand painted with a special translucent paint, allowing for the metalic nature of the metal to come through.  It is then powder coated with a clear coat to help protect the paint and metal from the elements.
